SIFIR Scholarships for Maria Kalinowska and Claudia Gladys Manrique Carpio

We are pleased to announce that our CELIS Patron and key sponsor for the CFIS 2022, the Swedish Institute of International Law (SIFIR), an institute at Uppsala University which pursues a number of activities in order to promote the study of public international law and makes its endeavours known through its publication series, granted two scholarships to two promising young researchers, Maria Kalinowska and Claudia Gladys Manrique Carpio.
