Anastasiia Panchak
Anastasiia Panchak is a Senior Associate at Asters, the largest law firm in Ukraine. She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, unfair competition, antitrust litigation, and vertical agreements.
Anastasiia holds an LL.M. degree in International Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she focused primarily on international arbitration and U.S. antitrust law, while also studying substantive and procedural American law. In Ukraine, she earned a Master’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.” In addition to law degrees, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.
Between May 2022 and June 2023, she worked as a Foreign Associate in the Competition and Antitrust Law practice group at E+H Attorneys-at-Law, a Tier 1 Austrian law firm with over 90 attorneys and offices in Austria and Belgium. At E+H, Anastasiia advised clients on European and Austrian competition law, as well as on merger control and FDI screening.
From 2019 to 2022, Anastasiia worked as an Antitrust and Competition Mid-Level Associate at Arzinger, a Tier 1 Ukrainian law firm of 80+ attorneys. At Arzinger, she advised major international and domestic clients on a wide range of EU and Ukrainian antitrust and competition law matters, including cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, unfair competition, vertical agreements, antitrust litigation, and antitrust compliance.
Between 2017 and 2019, Anastasiia worked as an Antitrust, corporate, and M&A lawyer (national law) at Vasil Kisil & Partners, a Tier 2 Ukrainian law firm. Her practice primarily focused on cartel investigations, state aid, unfair competition, and antitrust compliance.
