Conference venues
CFIS 23, i.e. all talks, presentations, panels, including lunch and coffee breaks, will take place at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and at Hotel Hilton Prague (not to be confused with Hilton Prague Old Town).
On 11 Oct 2023, we will be exclusively in the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV.
On 12 Oct 2023, sessions until 18:00 CET will take place at the Hilton Prague (not to be confused with Hilton Prague Old Town). The Drinks Reception & Banquet will take place at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV.
The closing day, i.e. sessions on 13 Oct 2023, take place at the Hilton Prague (not to be confused with Hilton Prague Old Town).

Travel to and from Prague
Traveling to Prague (Czech Republic)
If you travel by plane, you can either take public transportation (approx. 45 minutes) or go by taxi (40 min) to get to the city center and Prague Central Station. The venue for the first day of CFIS 23 is located just five minutes away by foot from Prague Central Station.
Airport Express
If you would like to take public transportation from Prague International Airport to Prague Central Station, you can purchase tickets for the Airport Express. The Airport Express departs every 20 minutes (00, 20, 40) from Terminal 1.
Taxi
Taking a taxi costs around 700 CZK which is approx. 30 Euros and takes, depending on traffic around 40 minutes to the City Centre. There are several different service providers including UBER or Bolt.
Traveling by Train
There are numerous international train connections to and via Prague. You can find these connections on any train service provider's website, including the Czech national railway company.
Your travel arrangements
All CFIS conference participants are invited to organise their travel themselves. Travel costs are not included in the conference fees and are not covered by the organisers. CFIS conference invited chairs and speakers will be contacted separately to arrange for reimbursement. Restrictions apply.

CFIS conference participants are invited to organise their accommodation themselves. Accommodation costs are not included in the conference fees and are not covered by the organisers. CFIS conference invited chairs and speakers will be contacted separately in order to arrange for their accomodation.
