The Pre-CELIS Conference Reception on Wed., 06th March 2019, 19.30 hours, will take place at the Gothenburg Offices of Mannheimer Swartling AB, Östra Hamngatan 16, 411 09 Gothenburg, Sweden.
From Gothia Towers Hotel take Tram line 5 towards “Länsmansgorden” from “Korsvägen” (in front of the Hotel) until “Lilla Bommen” (7 mins). As you get off, the Gothenburg Offices of Mannheimer Swartling are just in front of you.

The CELIS Speakers' Dinner on Thursday., 07th March 2019, 20.00 hours, will take place at the Restaurant Upper House, at the Gothia Towers, Mässans gata 24, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Travel
CELIS Conference participants are invited to organise their travel themselves. Travel costs are not included in the conference fees and are not covered by the organisers. Getting to Gothenburg
Public transport and good advice.
You can travel to Gothenburg in a number of ways. We have gathered useful information for getting here from around the world.
Train
SJ, Västtrafik, Öresundståget, Tågab, NSB and MTR Express are running frequent services to and from the central station in Gothenburg, connecting the city with the Scandinavian capitals Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen. The journey times are just under 4 hours from Oslo, around 3 hours from Stockholm and 3,5 hours from Copenhagen. The trains from Denmark stop at Copenhagen international airport, making it a convenient option to fly there and catch the train to Gothenburg.
Bus
The bus terminal Nils Ericssonterminalen is serviced by long distance and express bus companies like Swebus, Nettbus and Bus4you. You can easily get travel to Gothenburg from major cities in Sweden and Scandinavia. The journey time is around 3,5 hours from Oslo, 6,5 hours from Stockholm, 3,5 hours from Malmö and 5 hours from Copenhagen. Travel by bus in West Sweden with public transport company Västtrafik.

Fly
The international airport Landvetter (GOT) is located 20 kilometres south-east of the city centre and you can travel from various destinations in Europa and the world. Please note that the smaller Göteborg City Airport (GSE) is no longer in use for commercial flights and will be phased out as from the winter 2015.
Airport transfer
It’s easy to get to and from the airport with the shuttle bus service Flygbussarna and the journey time is between 25 and 30 minutes. Buses leave from right outside the terminal building and the final stop is the main bus station Nils Ericssonterminalen in central Gothenburg. Taxi or rental cars are also available at the airport.

CELIS Conference participants are invited to organise their accomodation themselves. Accomodation costs are not included in the conference fees and are not covered by the organisers.
Avisita, our conference booking service provider, offers CELIS Conference participants accommodation during the conference days at the Hotel Gothia Towers at a rate of 1490 SEK/night including VAT. Hotel Gothia Towers is located in the city center and it is one of Gothenburg´s most famous hotels. It is easy to get to the Conference Center Wallenberg by tram. It takes you only 6 minutes from the Hotel to the Conference Center. You can make your reservation in the last step of your registration.
