Andrea Gemmi

Andrea Gemmi is CELIS Assistant Country Reporter for Italy.

Andrea graduated cum laude at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2016 discussing a comparative thesis on Italian, French and British Public Law. Since 2018 he has been teaching assistant to the Administrative Law course at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. In the same year, he joins the editorial board of a top-tier law review on Administrative Law.

Since 2016 he has worked as associate lawyer for a top tier international law firm in Milan, specializing in public law and FDI screening regulations. He assists investors and stakeholders in the field of FDI regulations, both in and out of court. He is a member of Milan bar.

He is author of essays and publications in scientific journals, concerning public law and FDI screening regulations.
