Bartosz Soloch (ll.m.) deputy head of the Treaty Legal Department of the Republic of Poland, former Counsel in the International and European Law Department of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland tasked with representing Poland in ISDS proceedings and supporting the government agent before the CJEU. PhD student on the University of Łódź. The dissertation explores the interrelation between the principle of autonomy of EU law and the access of private entities to international dispute settlement mechanisms. His research focuses on interactions between various legal systems.
