Julian Schramm

Julian Schramm serves as Content Editor and Coordinator of the CELIS Country Report Project.

Julian is currently LL.M. candidate at the Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon, Portugal where he pursues a LL.M. in Law in a Digital Economy. He works as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Steffen Hindelang at Uppsala University in Sweden. In 2021, he successfully completed his law studies at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin by passing the first state exam. He also studied at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where he specialised in European and obtained the “Maitrîse en droit”. As a student he worked at the chair for international public law at the Humboldt-University.
