Safar Safarli is CELIS Assistant Country Reporter for Azerbaijan.
Safar Safarli has gotten his LL.B. degree from Baku State University Faculty of Law (LL.B. degree with honours) and his LL.M. degree from Uppsala University (Master's Programme in Investment Treaty Arbitration). He is currently pursuing legal internship at DER Juridik Stockholm. Safar's LL.M. study and internship period in Sweden have been fully funded by the Swedish Institute Scholarship. Indeed Safar has strong enthusiasm for the research of international trade and investment law topics. His interest for those spheres can be observed through his LL.M. thesis on "Enforcement of provisional measures rendered under Article 47 of the ICSID Convention: A state's prerogative?" and his some other published papers.
