Laurie-Anne Grelier is an of counsel at Covington & Burling. She assists companies with navigating complex areas of European competition law, including cartel investigations, the clearance of mergers, the structuring of distribution, collaborative and other commercial arrangements, and issues related to abuse of dominant position. She has assisted clients in a number of cartel cases before competition authorities in the EU, as well as in related damage claims or challenges before the EU courts.
