Regina Šťastová

Mgr. Regina Šťastová, PhD. (1998) is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business and Financial Law in 2024, through a doctoral program conducted in cooperation with the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, a public research institution. Professionally, she serves as an academic researcher at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. Since 2024, she has also held the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava. She is the author of several scholarly articles, primarily focused on the field of commercial law, including its international aspects. She actively participates in domestic and international scientific and professional conferences and is engaged in teaching and various research activities. Her areas of expertise encompass corporate law, contract law, public procurement, and consumer law.
