Liam McGrath

Liam is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe, following legal studies at Uppsala University, Sweden and Leiden University, the Netherlands. His focus lies in trade, investment and competition law and policy, with particular interest in foreign investment screening and economic security.

He has previously gained professional experience in regulatory and policy-focused matters involving merger control, investment screening, and trade regulation, contributing to legal analysis and the assessment of national and EU-level frameworks governing market access and foreign investment.
