CELIS LEADERS Singapore 26
16 July 2026
The inaugural CELIS Leaders Singapore will take place on 16 July 2026, and features a series of closed-door, high-level roundtables and workshops held under the Chatham House Rule. The event will convene approximately 25–35 senior participants from government, private practice, the investor community, and academia to exchange best practices in the design and implementation of foreign investment screening frameworks, address key governance challenges, and consider how governments can remain open to investment while safeguarding essential national security interests. Discussions will draw on the experience and perspectives of thought-leading experts from Singapore, major Indo-Pacific jurisdictions, as well as the European Union (EU) and the United States (US), with a view to strengthening cross-border cooperation, fostering public-private dialogue, building trust, and promoting the exchange of best practices.
