Stine Egeris Pedersen

Stine Egeris Pedersen is a partner at Poul Schmith law firm in Denmark and specializes in EU-law, including in particular State aid rules, competition law and FDI regulation. Stine has extensive experience in advising Danish and international clients on the Danish FDI regulations and advises clients through the screening and approval process for cross-border investments in Denmark. Besides the Danish FDI regime, Stine has extensive experience in EU State aid law including handling of notification and complaint procedures involving the European Commission and assistance with legal proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Stine has further assisted Danish authorities with comprehensive reviews of national regulation with a focus on compliance with EU law and potential supererogatory implementation of EU law, among others.
