Claire De Neve

As an associate in the Competition & EU Law practice at our firm in Brussels, Claire De Neve advises clients on a wide range of competition and trade law issues, including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) matters. Together with the dedicated team, she assists clients throughout the entire spectrum of EU and Belgian competition law proceedings, adeptly handling cartel investigations, abuse of dominance cases, state aid matters, and concentration control proceedings. Prior to joining Bird &Bird, Claire De Neve gained valuable experience as a lawyer in public law and as a case handler at the Belgian Competition Authority.
