Paul Hermant

As a partner in the Corporate & Finance group at our firm in Brussels, Paul Hermant is a highly skilled negotiator of corporate and financial transactions. He is an expert advisor on financial regulations, with recognized expertise in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, securities offerings, and take-over bids, as well as in project and acquisition finance.

Hermant also assists clients in their compliance with financial regulations, as well as in corporate and financial litigation, including shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability, and cases relating to financial products and services.

With a legal and business management educational background, Hermant teaches at both the Law Faculty and the Solvay Business School in Brussels. Over the years, he has written and spoken widely on corporate and financial law topics and serves on the Board of the Solvay Business Schools Alumni.
