Dr. Lina Darulienė is a Partner, Attorney-at-Law and Co-Head of the EU, Competition and Regulatory Specialisation Group at law firm TEGOS. Lina is widely regarded as one of Lithuania’s leading experts in competition law, with over 25 years of professional experience. Her expertise spans the full lifecycle of competition proceedings – from strategic preparation and guidance during dawn raids to assisting with inspections and challenging Competition Council decisions before administrative courts. She advises on all key areas of competition law, including prohibited restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, state aid and regulatory compliance.
